• Proposed Development
• A 27.3 acre master planned development located on the south side of Tempe Town Lake.
• Originally named Pier 202 by the original developer, Laguna Pacific/Barker Pacific, the site was purchased by The Wolff Co. of Scottsdale and renamed South Bank.
• The project broke ground in April of 2008 with infrastructure work.
• The project, when completed, will have 1,400 residential units, 890,000 SF of office space, 280,000 SF of retail space, and 230,000 SF of hotel space.
• The project will be built in phases, with vertical construction expected to start in 2009.
• The original construction phasing was for three phases (subject to change due to economic and market conditions):
