Interesting Information

Glendale is Arizona's fourth largest city.  It is the commercial, industrial, and educational hub of the northwest valley.  Recently with the addition of the Cardinals Stadium, it can also start claiming a piece of the Sports and entertainment as well.  Glendale is also home to Luke Air Force Base, which is one of the largest fighter training facilities in the U.S.

Glendale was established in 1892 by the New England Land Company, and settlement was made by some members of the "Church of the Brethren" from Illinois.  B.A. Hazel, one of the church members, bought 360 acres of land for the site, and named the city.

The pictures and renderings in this website are examples of local style and architecture only in order to give prospective buyers an idea of what our area looks and feels like. Most of the pictures or write ups do not constitute an offer to sell the particular properties, nor does their inclusion on this site infer that I have a legal agreement to sell or market those properties. My "listed" properties are on the local MLS and on REALTOR.com.
