Interesting Information

Back in the summer of 1879 the Southern Pacific Railroad work crews stopped working due to high temperatures.  Work resumed on the railroad later that year, but the community of "Terminus" was born where the crews had stopped working for the summer.  It had a railroad station, 5 residents, and 3 buildings.  In September 1880 the Railroad renamed the community "Casa Grande", for the prehistoric ruins located 20 miles northeast of the town, and by the end of the year 33 people now called Casa Grande home!

In 1886 the town was decimated by fire, and again in 1893  It was rebuilt and continued to grow into Pinal counties second largest town.  In 2007 the town got it first mall, Promenade at Casa Grande.  Casa Grande has one hospital, five motels and 5 hotels, and an airport with a 5,200 foot runway with full ILS.

The pictures and renderings in this website are examples of local style and architecture only in order to give prospective buyers an idea of what our area looks and feels like. Most of the pictures or write ups do not constitute an offer to sell the particular properties, nor does their inclusion on this site infer that I have a legal agreement to sell or market those properties. My "listed" properties are on the local MLS and on REALTOR.com.
