Interesting Information

Located about 25 miles east of downtown Phoenix, near the foot of the Superstition Mountains which gives some fabulous views!
This community draws about 40,000 winter visitors each year. This is the only town in Greater Phoenix that is not located in
Maricopa County, instead it it the largest city in Pinal County. Apached Junction holds Lost Dutchman Days annualy, and it
is named for Jacob Walz, the Dutchman who disappeared after claiming to find gold in the Superstition Mountains.
Apache Junction started out mainly as Trailer Parks and small homes, but today new home subdivisions have taken over.
Gold Canyon, an affluent area southeast of Apache Junction was assembled out of a working cattle ranch in the 1970's.
Today, it along with Superstition Mountain is home to some of that area's highest price real estate.

The pictures and renderings in this website are examples of local style and architecture only in order to give prospective buyers an idea of what our area looks and feels like. Most of the pictures or write ups do not constitute an offer to sell the particular properties, nor does their inclusion on this site infer that I have a legal agreement to sell or market those properties. My "listed" properties are on the local MLS and on REALTOR.com.
