Greater Phoenix is a dynamic and growing area, well after the 2009-11 recession it is still dynamic, but not growing!. Our Real Estate market is large with over 100 active homebuilders and thousands of resale homes, condo's, townhomes, lofts, and patio homes.

You can still buy land, but for the most part you will have to go futher out to find it.  The current market is broken down into three sub-markets: traditional sales, short sales, and bank/government home sales.
