A new townhome development near 20th Street and Bell Road in Phoenix named Contessa Bella, is about to announce its pre-grand opening, along with the fact that it is going to be built "Green", constructed to meet the highest level of Certification by the US Green Building Council.  I can tell you that there will be 55 homes in this development, a community pool and spa, and a volleyball area as well.  The homes will be a conbination of 2 and 3 story units.  Further info as I receive it.
