According to the 11/2/2008 Phoenix Business Journal, DMB has put the plans for Centerpoint on Mill in Tempe on hold due to the current real estate and finance market.  DMB also laid off staff.  This is not a surprise since most major projects are having trouble getting financing at the moment.
