City North, a new 144 acre development in North Phoenix will have its grand opening November 13th thru 15th.  The first phase of this development will open with a ribbon cutting by the Phoenix Mayor on the afternoon of the 13th.  The first phase features condo's and rental units above retail outlets on High Street.  The second phase will include Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom's along with additional retail, rentals, and condo's is estimated to open in fall of 2010.
