Bridgeview under construction in early 2006 The 12 story condo sits on Tempe Town Lake, and offeres incrediable views of Tempe and the Lake.  An investor last Friday purchased the remaining 64 units (of the total 104 in the building) for an average of $317,000, not bad considering the prices started at $800,000 and went up from there when it opened in 2006.  The investors, Condo Capital Solutions, paid cash for the units, and expect to market them to the public in the near future.  Stay tuned for more news as it becomes available.
