Two more valley homebuilders have filed for bankruptcy protection within the last week, including Tempe based Fulton Homes.
Classic Stellar Homes who built energy efficient homes filed for Chapter 7 last week, and today Fulton
Homes filed for Chapter 11 protection. Fulton at this point intends to keep the doors open, but that all
depends on the courts. Classic Stellar filed Chapter 7, which indicates they will stop operations all together.
